We recently received a copy of the movie Abel's Field to watch and provide a review. I think you'll want to check it out when you get a chance. Let me tell you a bit about it.
Seth McArdle (Samuel Davis), a highschool senior, is left motherless after a tragedy, and then his father abandons him. He has a tough time and lots of pressure while trying to support his little sisters. Seth gets bullied by the football team at school, fights back and gets punished and assigned to after-school work detail supervised by the groundskeeper, Abel. Abel is played by Kevin Sorbo of Soul Surfer. Abel ends up being the help Seth needs to get back on the right track.
This is a good movie with a great storyline. Family movies are always a hit in our home since we avoid a lot of the language and violence in most of the media currently available. There are a few scenes that I might have left out, but that is often the case with any movie. On the whole, this movie gets a thumbs up! You can find out more about the movie Abel’s Field at the website or on Facebook or Twitter.
